Levigate Alloys manufactures a wide range of high quality metal powders for Thermal spray, Brazing Filler Metals (BFM), Hot Isostatic Pressing (HIP), Metal Injection Moulding (MIM) and Additive Manufacturing (AM) applications. Powders are available in Nickel, Cobalt and Iron based alloys. We also develop specialized alloys to meet specific customer requirements.
We have atomizing capacity of over 1,250 metric tons per year with water, gas and hybrid atomizing technologies. Our manufacturing plant is a 12,000 sq.ft. modern factory and boasts state-of-the-art atomizing and laboratory facilities. Levigate powder products feature consistent spherical shape, satellite free particles, low oxygen content, uniform powder flow characteristics, precise particle size distribution and consistency between batches. Our powders offer higher deposition rates, lower porosity and uniform bonding.
Our production unit ensures adherence of chemical and physical properties to product specifications.
